WARM UP

MOBILIZE | skip | shadow box | PRACTICE

We warm up together as a group to prepare physically and mentally for the daily session. We mobilize joints, then we jump rope to elevate your heart rate and switch on mind body coordination. Then we Shadow Box to practice techniques.

MAIN SESSION

PAD WORK | TECHNIQUE | DEFENCE | ATTACK

The main session is always varied between attack, defence and technique using the 8 weapons of Muay Thai; shins, knees, elbows and hands. The main focus is bringing intensity through padwork.

Touch sparring is like a dance with your partner. It is the opportunity to put your technical skills into practice in a relaxed and safe one on one situation. We go at 30-40% and we wear shin guards, don’t be expecting a proper fight.

COOL DOWN

DOWN REGULATE|BREATHE|STRETCH|RELAX

Optional 10-15 min stretch after class to start the recovery process. Sending you into the rest of your day feeling calm rather than amped up. This is additional after the 60 min class.
