The Bootcamp's foundation is fitness. Three fitness classes a week working Strength, Core and Mental Fitness to get you strong for the mountains and reduce the impact of the Mountain ales. We lift barbells to gain strength; squats, deadlifts, bench, rows. We use dumbbells, slam balls, ab wheels, kettlebells and bodyweight to develop your core. The final 15-20 mins of each class is high intensity circuit training to build horse power, mental fitness and strip away unneccesary fat.
