RICHLIFE provides 5 yoga classes per week for all Bootamp participants. Yoga heals the body and mind. This ancient practice helps us move from distress to de-stress, disease to ease, from passion to compassion. Physically it brings balance to the body by evenly distributing strength and flexibility between the left and right, top and bottom, front and back. Yoga is body maintenance like oiling your bike chain or waxing your skis. Simply put yoga makes your life feel better as you will feel lighter and looser rather then tight and constricted. The classes are designed to empower and to rejuvenate aching muscles and bring stillness to your mind.

Yoga places emphasis on the balance between flexibility, strength and relaxation. You will use breath awareness to elevate your practice. It assists in strengthening under-used muscles while simultaneously releasing tension in overused muscles. Designed to empower you mentally and physically, it will motivate you in all aspects of your life. Great emphasis is placed on inclusiveness, yoga is for everyone. Expect challenge, flow, hands-on assistance, and deep rest… oh, Shavasana!

Pilates provides the opportunity to develop core stability, relieve back pain, improve body symmetry, balance and posture. This is a combination class bringing in the element of myofascial release using foam rollers and balls to aid recovery and mobility. Tani is a highly certified instructor and her training approach introduces clients to Classical-based Pilates with a strong foundation in fundamentals.
