The Bootcamp's intention is to improve strength and conditioning. Three classes per week focus on Strength, Core and Mental Fitness to get you mountain ready, reducing the impact of mountain ales. We lift barbells to gain strength; squat, deadlift, bench and row. We use slam balls, kettlebells, dumbbells, TRX, ab wheels and bodyweight to develop your core. We end with high intensity circuit training to build horsepower, strip fat and increase your mental fitness.

Learning and executing compound lifts using barbells will increase confidence, reduce the risk of injury and make you feel like a badass!! We lift heavy for low repetitions to increase strength but not size. Strong and lean rather than big and buff.
Using kettlebells, ab wheels, slam balls, plates, dumbbells and body weight to build a strong foundation to your body. Strong in the core, strong everywhere else.
Mental fitness is going hard for a short period of time (15-30mins). High intensity training using resistance and explosive movements to set your heart on fire. We sweat and suffer together to increase horse power, mental strength and strip away body fat.
