The Bootcamp's intention is to increase fitness. Three classes per week focus on Strength, Core and Mental Fitness to get you mountain ready, reducing the impact of mountain ales. We lift barbells to gain strength; squat, deadlift, bench and row. We use balls, rocks, rollers and bodyweight to develop your core. We peak with high intensity circuit training to build horsepower, strip fat and increase your mental fitness.

 

Free yoga classes at the Sundial Hotel Tues/Thurs at 7am and 12pm on Fridays

Learning and executing compound lifts using barbells will increase confidence, reduce the risk of injury and make you feel like a badass!! We lift heavy for low repetitions to increase strength but not size. Strong and lean rather than big and buff.

rotate|flex|hold|extend

Using rocks, wheels, balls, plates and body weight to build a strong foundation to your body. Strong in the core, strong everywhere else.

mental fitness

SWEAT|BURN|JUMP|SPRINT

Mental fitness is going hard for a short period of time (15-30mins). High intensity training using resistance and explosive movements to set your heart on fire. We sweat and suffer together to increase horse power, mental strength and strip away body fat.
